Important Update From the Town of Queen Creek

The Town of Queen Creek is transitioning to a new utility billing system offering updated technology and enhanced customer service features including an online portal with access to historical water consumption, payment history, the ability to sign up for utility-related alerts, and start or transfer service.
As a result of the transition, all customers will receive:
- A new account number (and customer number).
- A new billing due date.
Actions customers can take now to prepare for the transition:
- Write down your current account number.
- Ensure your contact information is updated.
- Beginning March 7, 2023, all Queen Creek utility customers will need their new account and customer number.
In addition, beginning March 7, 2023, all Queen Creek utility customers:
- Using autopay will need to re-enroll by visiting the My Utilities Town of Queen Creek website (you will need your current account number).
- Using bill pay through their bank will need to update their customer/account number and payment address by visiting the My Utilities Town of Queen Creek website to access the new info (you will need your current account number).
- Mailing payments will need to use the provided payment stub or update their customer/account number and payment address by visiting the My Utilities Town of Queen Creek website to access the new info (you will need your current account number).
- Interested in paperless billing will need to re-enroll by visiting the My Utilities Town of Queen Creek website (you will need your current account number).
