Tax Credits

Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §43-1089.01, effective January 1, 1998, allows Arizona taxpayers a credit for contributions made to a public school in the state for the support of extracurricular activities or character education programs.

Notices

Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-342(35), the district may offer to sell outdated learning materials, educational equipment, or furnishings at a posted price commensurate with the value of the items to pupils who are currently enrolled in that school district before those materials are offered for public sale.
