Message from Superintendent Dr. Berry

Dear Queen Creek Unified School District Students, Families, and Staff,

As we prepare to head into winter break, I want to take a moment to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and a joyful holiday season. This time of year is always special—it reminds us to slow down, appreciate one another, and reflect on the many blessings we share as a community.

I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together this year. Being recognized as an A-rated school district and voted Best of Queen Creek – Best School District is a direct reflection of the commitment, passion, and heart that our students, families, and staff pour into Queen Creek Unified School District (QCUSD) every single day. These honors aren’t just awards—they are celebrations of the relationships we build, the learning that happens in every classroom, and the unwavering support from our families and community partners.

As we head into the Christmas season, my hope is that each of you finds time to rest, recharge, and enjoy moments of warmth and connection with the people who matter most. Whether you’re traveling, spending time at home, or participating in long-standing family traditions, please know how grateful we are to have you as part of the QCUSD family.

To our students: thank you for your hard work, your resilience, and the joy you bring to our schools.

To our families: thank you for trusting us and for partnering with us in your child’s learning journey.

To our staff: thank you for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence—you make QCUSD the district it is.

May this Christmas bring peace, hope, and happiness to each of you. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new year, ready for a strong and exciting second semester.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Warmly,

Dr. Perry Berry
Superintendent, Queen Creek Unified School District
