| QCMS students raised almost 7,000 water bottles QCMS students raised almost 7,000 water bottles in their recent Water Bottles for the Homeless Drive. This drive was part of a larger effort by the City of Mesa in which they collected water bottles to give to the homeless throughout the summer. QCMS students turned their water bottle collection over to the City of Mesa on Tuesday, August 26th. Students surpassed their goal of collecting 4,000 water bottles. According to Principal Julie Niven, over 4,000 water bottles were collected on the final day of the drive, giving the school a total of 6,864 bottles collected throughout the week! Way to go students and staff! |
