Our mission, in partnership with our parents/community is to prepare all students today for tomorrow by fostering measurable high achievement in a caring environment.
Facilities and Programs:
The initial building opened in the fall of 2002, with the second phase of construction being completed in 2005. Queen Creek High School is a 53-acre facility including a performing arts center, career and technological education labs, a comprehensive library, and state of the art athletic facilities. QCHS services the students of QCUSD as well as implementing the open-enrollment policy when space is available.
QCHS is a traditional 9-12 departmentalized high school, which offers a comprehensive core curriculum, honors/dual enrollment college classes, career and technical education (CTE), visual and performing arts, industrial and computer technology, English Language Learning (ELL), access to East Valley Institute for Technology (EVIT), and an on-site special education program servicing both self-contained and resource. Our faculty, staff, and administration are committed to providing students with challenging, rich, and relevant educational experiences that will prepare them for life after high school.
There are three academic/personal counselors, one social worker, one school psychologist, three security guards, three assistant principals and a principal. Program input and support come from faculty meetings, the Advisory Council, student advisory, department chairs, administrative bulldog team, School Improvement Committees, Student Council, and parent surveys.

The school colors are purple and gold, and the mascot is a strong, determined Bulldog.

Queen Creek High School is a rapidly growing school that embraces the contributions of our dynamic and diverse 1800+ student population.
School Schedule:
QCUSD operates on modified year-round calendar with 9-weeks of instruction then a 2-week break. Course credit is earned over an 18-week semester. QCHS offers two-18 week semesters, with each instructional day containing six 50 minute periods. Classes meet every day.
