Setup your email
When you logon for the first time Outlook will ask a few questions to setup you email, here are the correct answers
Add a new Mailbox
1 - You will select the Microsoft Exchange Server
2 - Microsoft Exchange Server is exchange2000
3 - Then you can type your last name in the box below and click Check Name
4 - Click on you name ( if your name is not there complete a tech request to have problem corrected)
5 - Click Next
6 - Make sure that in the Deliver New e-mail to following location: it shows Mailbox - (your name)
if not click on the drop down box and select you Mailbox
7 - Click Finish, You are all set!
If you have already tried to setup your email and did not use these instructions see below
You will need to click on Control Panel and double click the Mail icon
then click on E-mail accounts
then View or Change existing
then Next, and click Change and start with step 1 above.
