Join us for our Summer Camp 2013 at Desert Mountain Elementary where we combine summer fun and learning in an engaging camp environment. Join our experienced staff for a summer of adventure and fun including weekly on and off site field trips!

Our summer camp is for K-6th graders from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. There are daily and weekly rates available!

Registration fees: (includes water bottle & t-shirt)

• $15 Registration Fee until May 15
• $25 Registration Fee After May 15

Daily Camp Rate:

• $25 per day
  (must be paid week prior, or drop in rate applies)
• $30 for field trip days (Wednesdays)
• $30 per day drop in rate

Weekly Camp Rate:

• Fridays free! $105

Queen Creek Unified School District is pleased to present the Discovery Kids program to district K-6 schools beginning January 7, 2013. Discovery Kids is a state licensed before and after school program that offers structured activities, including homework help and hands-on learning for children at the following sites:

• Desert Mountain Elementary
• Jack Barnes Elementary
• Frances Brandon Pickett Elementary
• Queen Creek Elementary
• Queen Creek Middle School

No transportation fees apply.

There is a $50 per child per year registration fee. However, if you enroll prior to December 14 you will get the $50 registration fee waived and also receive a free Parents Night Out on December 13! Also, be sure to ask about the sibling or employee discounts we offer.

*Middle school rates are different based on different school start and end times.

Three Day Per Week Option

In addition to our five days per week care, we now are offering a three days per week option!

• Three Day Before Care - $45/month (K-4) and $55/month at QCMS
• Three Day After Care - $90/month (K-4) and $80/month at QCMS
• Three Day Before and After Care - $135/month (K-4) and $135/month at QCMS

Early Release Only Care

If you need someone to care for your child on Early Release days, this may be the perfect option for you! Early Release care is on a first come-first serve basis. Prices are $15/day or you may purchase one of the packages below.

• Quarter Three Package: $50 - includes January 16, February 13, March 7 and 8.
• Quarter Four Package: $37.50 - includes April 24, May 15, and May 22.

Each K-6 school in Queen Creek Unified School District will host unique after-school classes, with many beginning the week of November 5, 2012. Please view the district press release for further details.

The community education department at QCUSD began programming for community families with a two week, half-day Fall “Build Your Brain” Enrichment Camp during intercession. The first session concluded Friday, October 5, and a new session began Monday, October 8. Each session was located at Queen Creek Elementary School and had 65 students from kindergarten through 6th grade. Please view the press release for more information about these events.
