The night before: “Queen Creek Holiday Parade” The night before the parade, the members of team phoenix gathered at Jessi's house to decorate the float. We started off by brainstorming how we wanted the hay placed. After deciding that it would be better in the center, we moved on to the aluminum foil. While that was going on, others were putting on the candy canes, and others went to get more decorations. When they got back, they had bought deer decorations and placed them on top of the hay. Later that night we put up the wood frame (which took a while), that holds the banner. After that was done, we added a few more decorations, and then ate pizza.
