MISSION “To ensure a quality education for the children of migratory workers in Arizona” Your Child may be eligible to receive additional educational and social services from the Migrant Education Program if you work, had worked or are seeking work in agriculture or fisher-relate activities and move or had moved to follow seasonal work. ELIGIBILITY Generally any child from Pre-School through 12th grade not over 22 years old is eligible for the Migrant Program. Mobility of the parents alone does not constitute a child’s eligibility. In order to qualify as a migrant child, the child must move with a parent, guardian or immediate family member seeking seasonal employment or the child must join the family or move on his/her own also seeking seasonal employment.
