Your Child may be eligible to receive additional educational and social services from the Migrant   Education Program if you work, had worked or are seeking work in agriculture or fisher-relate  activities and move or had moved to follow seasonal work.     

 

ELIGIBILITY

Generally any child from Pre-School through 12th grade not over 22 years old is eligible for the            Migrant Program. Mobility of the parents alone does not constitute a child’s eligibility. In order to qualify as a migrant child, the child must move with a parent, guardian or immediate family  member seeking seasonal   employment or the child must join the family or move on his/her own also seeking seasonal employment.
