Hello Everyone! This is my second year at Pickett, and I’m very excited to be your child’s teacher this year. We are going to have a great year together. I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your child. This will be my twelfth year teaching and the first year teaching first grade at Pickett. I taught first grade for 2 years twelve years ago in Mesa. I’m married and have four wonderful children, three of which attend Queen Creek schools. School hours are 8:10-2:45. Students are not to be on campus earlier than 7:50. We could always use an extra pair of hands. I highly encourage you to volunteer. I will be sending a monthly volunteer calendar where you can sign up for days and times that are convenient for you. Specials are: Monday: Computers & Music Tuesday: Computers Wednesday: Library & P.E. Thursday: Music Friday: P.E. Please remember to wear tennis shoes on P.E. days. |
