Little Coyotes Preschool is a special needs program, providing individualized curriculum for Queen Creek children between the ages of 3 and 5 years.

To qualify for services, a child must demonstrate a developmental delay and reside within the Queen Creek Unified School District boundaries.

A limited number of students, not demonstrating delays, are integrated into the program as role models.   Together, the children participate in activities designed to develop individual skills in the following areas:

· speech and language

· cognition

· gross and fine motor

· sensory-motor

· social/emotional

· self-help.

All of the activities are aligned to the Arizona Early Childhood Standards.

Little Coyote classes are taught by certified Special Education Teachers with an aide in each classroom.
